Next day delivery is available on orders received before 4 pm, Monday to Friday. We can arrange Local Free delivery on a Saturday.

Do You Have a Map of your delivery areas?

Plant Gifts Sydney services approximately 297 suburbs in and around greater Sydney.

Our delivery areas are managed in our web site’s checkout system so placing an order to a suburb we do not deliver to is not a concern. The order simply cannot be processed.

Where we do offer delivery that attracts a fee, we utilize reputable couriers experienced in Plant delivery. Our next day or a future date delivery, it is your delivery. Your fresh Gift Plant, Travel to the recipient.

We are sorry if the suburb you are looking for does not appear on the list. Breaking the traditional mold is challenging, however, we believe our quality product is superior. Please bare with us while we grow and try to reach more areas.

How can I check if you delivery to an area I want to send to?

At present, there are two ways to do this (we are working to make this easier so please bear with us).

YOUR CART VIEW: Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, go to the ‘view cart’ page by hovering over the shopping bag icon at the top of the screen.

In the ‘Cart Totals’ section of the page, to the bottom-left, there is a tool to enter the post-code of your recipient. Click ‘Update Totals’ to view the delivery fee.

ON CHECKOUT: Add a product to your cart and head to the checkout. Once you fill in your recipient’s address details and postcode, the checkout will :
a) let you know if we deliver to your desired location
b) let you know the delivery fee.

We only offer Next day delivery order up until 5 pm.

Yes! Plant Gifts Sydney only offers next day delivery in and around Sydney, North Sydney, Chatswood, Willoughby & North Shore. Refer to our delivery postcodes above.

The cut off time for the next delivery is 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What days of the week do you deliver?

Plant Gifts Sydney offers delivery from Monday to Saturday Friday, deliveries are delivered anywhere between 9 am and 5 pm.

Saturday deliveries can be made by prior arrangement.

These deliveries are made between 9 am and 2 pm.

Please note: We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays. Our delivery calendar is greyed out on these days so you simply can’t place an order on these days by mistake.

When can I consider my order delivered?

Once your order has been signed for, the signee is now responsible for these items, therefore you can consider the item as delivered.

If there is no reasonable person, a person over the age of 18 with appropriate ID (where alcohol is part of your order), or no responsible person at the delivery address to sign for the order, the delivery driver will follow any special instructions you may left at the time of placing your order.

Alternatively, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Do you send an email to confirm my order was delivered?

Yes. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been received and will be processed as instructed.

Once our courier notifies us of the successful delivery of your order, we update our system and an email will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of ordering.

We have live tracking of our couriers so we know when it’s been delivered immediately.

We do our best to update the status of your order soon after we receive delivery confirmation.

What Time can I expect my order to be delivered

All deliveries, whether the next day or for a date in the future, can take up to 5.30 pm to complete delivery.

This timing depends on several factors; such as when the order has been dispatched, how many orders we received on a particular day, traffic conditions and other unforeseen factors outside of our control.

One thing you can be assured of, however, is that your order will be delivered on the day you specify, each and every time. While it doesn’t occur frequently, we ask that you consider there are *sometimes* situations outside of our control that can affect courier delivery.

We will always call or email you to notify you of any critical delivery failures and discuss your options, if and when, they occur.
